The MP‑1TZ metallographic specimen grinder/polisher features a high‑end touch‑screen control system with centrally applied pressure, enabling stepless speed adjustment between 50 and 1,000 r/min. By simply changing the abrasive sandpaper and polishing cloths, both grinding and polishing can be performed, offering broad versatility. The housing is integrally molded by vacuum forming, giving it a modern appearance, while the machine boasts smooth rotation, low noise, user‑friendly operation, and high productivity. It also incorporates a built‑in cooling system that cools the specimen during grinding and polishing, preventing overheating that could damage the microstructure. This equipment is ideally suited for metallographic laboratories in factories, colleges, and research institutions, making it an outstanding choice for specimen preparation.
