The LBTY-2000 metallographic sample polishing dropper (dual‑station model) employs human–machine control technology, utilizing a peristaltic pump for dispensing and a touch screen to display and regulate automatic interval and volume settings, thereby achieving timed, constant‑speed, and precisely measured delivery of grinding and polishing fluids. It is powered by a 24 V DC brushed motor, ensuring long service life and fully replacing manual liquid dispensing, freeing the operator’s hands. This unit is compatible with a wide range of suspensions and can be used independently on various grinding and polishing machines; it features simple operation and a streamlined design. In metallographic laboratories, preparatory grinding and polishing are essential steps in sample preparation, requiring the addition of abrasive‑polishing suspensions during these processes. This dropper is specifically designed to facilitate automated addition and precise dosing of such fluids.
