The LBTP-250 touchscreen‑controlled automatic vibration sample polisher employs high‑frequency, micro‑vibration to gently and precisely polish the surface of specimens, minimizing mechanical stress during the polishing process. Product Introduction:

The LBTP-250 touchscreen‑controlled automatic vibration sample polisher employs high‑frequency, micro‑vibration to gently and precisely polish the surface of specimens, minimizing mechanical stress during the polishing process. It is ideally suited for producing high‑quality polished surfaces on a wide range of materials, including those used in electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) analysis. Unlike conventional vibration polishers, this model generates lateral vibrations via a spring‑loaded plate and a magnetic‑coupling motor. Because the spring plate is angled relative to the vibration disc, the specimen undergoes circular motion within the polishing bowl. This design produces nearly purely horizontal vibrations, extending the contact time between the sample and the polishing cloth while avoiding the formation of additional damage or deformation layers. As a result, it effectively eliminates and prevents defects such as protrusions, inclusions, and plastic flow. The machine features a modern, aesthetically pleasing design, simple operation, and automatically adjusts vibration frequency and voltage according to the desired intensity. It can accommodate multiple samples at once, requires no continuous operator supervision, and allows users to set parameters and then step away, waiting for the samples to complete automated vibratory polishing.
