The LBTP-2C touchscreen‑controlled, dual‑disc automatic metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine is a fully automated, dual‑disc unit that integrates pre‑grinding, grinding, and polishing into a single system. It features touch‑screen operation, with the grinding and polishing discs driven by three‑phase silent motors via V‑belts, and the grinding head powered by a stepper motor with synchronous belt drive, ensuring smooth rotation, low noise, and high reliability. Users can independently adjust the rotational speeds of both the grinding head and the discs, set the applied pressure, and program custom sample‑preparation times to meet diverse requirements. The machine also includes an integrated illumination system for convenient sample handling and a built-in cooling unit that cools the specimen during grinding, preventing overheating and preserving the metallographic microstructure.
