The LBTP-2A touchscreen‑controlled, dual‑disc automatic metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine is a fully automated, dual‑disc unit that integrates pre‑grinding, grinding, and polishing into a single process. It employs microcontroller technology with touch‑screen operation; the grinding and polishing discs are driven by DC brushless motors via V‑belts, while the grinding head is powered by a stepper motor with synchronous belt drive, ensuring smooth rotation and low noise. Users can independently adjust the rotational speeds of both the grinding head and the discs, set the applied pressure, and program custom sample‑preparation times to meet diverse requirements.
