Description
Product Introduction:
I. Applicable Standards
The single-lever consolidation apparatus is used for soil compression tests to determine the relationship between soil stress and deformation, and to calculate parameters such as the coefficient of consolidation, the compression index, the rebound index, and the unit settlement.
Technical specifications:
1. Load pressure: 12.5 kPa–800 kPa/30 cm²; 12.5 kPa–400 kPa/50 cm²
2. Load arm: 10:1 and 12:1 (featuring a diamond-shaped blade edge, enabling repeated repositioning and handling to ensure precise leverage ratios while resisting deformation).
3. Specimen area: two types of specimens, 30 cm² and 50 cm².
4. Instrument Structure: All-steel construction
5. Three sets of sampling containers: fabricated in a single stamping operation from brass sheet, ensuring leak-proof performance; the stem and clamp are mounted on a stainless steel base plate, facilitating convenient handling and installation of soil samples.
Removal is flexible and unaffected by dial indicators or sensors.

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
