Description


Product Introduction:

This instrument complies with the GB 7960‑87 standard and has been developed in accordance with the Ministry of Transport’s highway testing industry standard T0131‑93. Its structural design and performance fully meet the specimen‑preparation requirements for the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) test (T0134‑93) and the compaction test within the resilient modulus test (T0135‑93). It is equipped with modules for fabricating soil‑lime and granular‑stone specimens of φ152 mm and φ100 mm, offering both light‑weight and heavy‑weight compaction functions. The instrument is characterized by reliable operation, user‑friendly handling, uniform hammer‑mark distribution, and high‑quality test specimens.

This compaction apparatus is suitable for design applications in highway, railway, water conservancy, and foundation‑filling projects. Using the standard compaction method under specified compaction energy, it determines the relationship between soil moisture content and dry density, thereby identifying the optimum moisture content and the corresponding maximum dry density for the soil. This enables assessment of the soil’s compaction characteristics as a basis for on‑site subgrade compaction control, and it is applicable to both laboratory and field geotechnical testing.
