Description

Product Introduction:

It is used for testing the moisture vapor transmission rate of various coated fabrics, laminated fabrics, laminated films, and other materials.

Product Features:

1. The refrigeration system utilizes a Thermo King compressor unit from France, ensuring long-term stable operation of the entire machine.

2. Equipped with Swiss-imported temperature and humidity sensors to ensure precise control of temperature and humidity within the experimental chamber.

3. Equipped with an industrial color touchscreen interface and bilingual Chinese–English menu display;

4. The instrument features an automatic water‑filling function, making testing convenient and ideal for long‑duration measurements.

5. Temperature and humidity data recorded once per minute can be queried in real time and can be printed via a connected printer.

6. It employs a two‑layer sample holder, with nine test cups per layer, significantly increasing the number of samples that can be tested in a single run, reducing operating costs, and improving efficiency.

7. The sample‑taking cups are each equipped with a small door, which minimizes the impact on the test environment during the sampling process and shortens the time required for the system to re‑stabilize. (In accordance with Clause 5.1.1 of GB/T 12704‑2009, after each closure of the test chamber door, equilibrium must be re‑established within 3 minutes.)

8. The rotary sample holder ensures more uniform testing compared to a fixed sample holder.
