Product Introduction:

This machine is suitable for preparing test specimens of biaxially oriented films (BOPP, BOPC, BOPET, BOPA), uniaxially oriented films, and their composite films (bags) for tensile testing. Applicable standard: It complies with the relevant provisions in Clause 6.1.1 of GB/T 1040.3-2006/ISO 527‑3:1995 “Determination of Tensile Properties of Plastics — Part 3: Conditioning of Specimens for Films and Thin Sheets” regarding specimen dimensions.

Product Features:

This machine is aesthetically pleasing and elegantly designed, securely clamping plastic film samples; its blades are sharp and easy to replace. It is simple to operate, safe, and reliable, capable of cutting multiple layers, numerous specimens, and various strip widths in a single pass. It can produce 12 test strips at once—five 15 mm‑wide strips and seven 10 mm‑wide strips. Additionally, users can customize the blade configuration as needed, enabling simultaneous cutting of four different strip widths: 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, and 25 mm. Compared with punch‑cutting methods, this machine yields test strips with smooth edges, perfectly parallel sides, and no defects (as observed under magnification), ensuring that the mechanical properties of the film remain unaffected. Consequently, its measured tensile strength and elongation at break are accurate, reliable, and highly consistent.
