It is used for testing the burst strength (pressure) and expansion of knitted fabrics, nonwovens, leather, geosynthetics, and other materials.

GB/T 7742.1-2005, FZ/T 60019, FZ/T 01030, ISO 13938.1, ASTM D 3786, JIS L1018.6.17.

Product Features:

1. Equipped with a large, color touchscreen for intuitive operation, featuring bilingual (Chinese/English) menu options and microcomputer‑based automatic control of the burst test.

2. The specimen clamping surface features a specialized serrated design, with adjustable clamping force; pneumatic clamping ensures that the clamping force and the bursting force are aligned along the same axis; it provides versatile compatibility for clamping a wide range of materials.

3. The test area is interchangeable, accommodating the requirements of different standards.

4. Equipped with a servo drive and motor, the hydraulic oil flow rate is 8 ml/min to 500 ml/min ±10% (adjustable), enabling precise feedback‑based control to ensure that the specimen ruptures within 20 ± 5 seconds. This accurately reflects the specimen’s burst‑strength performance.

5. The test results are presented in a comprehensive manner, including burst strength, burst force, diaphragm pressure, burst height, and burst time, enabling quality control personnel to gain a thorough understanding of the specimen’s burst performance.

6. Added auxiliary testing methods such as constant-pressure and constant-level tests;

7. Equipped with a printer interface and an online communication interface;
