A specialized temperature‑and‑humidity control device for various geosynthetic materials. This newly developed curing apparatus, refined and enhanced through further improvements, is an essential testing instrument for laboratories in research institutions, the building‑materials sector, and the construction industry.
Product Features:
1. In line with global environmental trends, featuring a completely fluorine-free design.
2. Blue-screen LCD microcomputer control; allows presetting of 30 temperature–humidity control segments, supports repeated stepwise adjustments, and enables automatic operation of stepped temperature–humidity programs.
3. Equipped with a built-in tempered glass door for easy observation and operation.
4. Fuzzy PID controller with minimal temperature‑control accuracy fluctuations; the control cycle is 100 steps, and up to 30 work segments can be programmed, with a maximum runtime of 99 hours and 59 minutes.
5. It features a mirror-polished stainless steel inner liner with rounded corners, and the partition brackets are designed for automatic installation and removal, making it easy to clean the working chamber.
6. The left side of the enclosure is equipped with a 30 mm-diameter test port, allowing for flexible wiring to suit the installation environment.
7. Place the shaker inside the chamber to perform constant-temperature shaking cultivation. The working chamber is equipped with an illumination lamp for convenient observation of the experimental process.
8. Ultrasonic humidifier with intelligent atomization and a large-capacity water tank, featuring automatic shut-off in case of water or power failure.
9. The humidity sensor is an imported model, eliminating the hassle of frequent replacement of the wet‑bulb and dry‑bulb wicks.
10. Equipped with a branded compressor and a circulating fan, and designed with an air‑duct circulation concept, this unit ensures uniform temperature and humidity within the chamber, preventing sample volatilization and dry‑burning caused by excessive airflow during experiments.
11. Optional features include built-in humidification, Modbus RTU (485) communication, a USB interface, a printer, and leakage protection. Two partitions are standard; up to eight partitions can be optionally installed.
