Product Introduction

The high-precision electronic specific gravity meter for plastic pellets is ideally suited for applications in basic material density research, density testing of high‑density products, density measurement of miniature components, quality and cost management control, as well as the formulation and development of new materials. It is primarily designed for use in plastic pelletizing companies, plastic manufacturing plants, wire and cable producers, polymer and composite material manufacturers, packaging material suppliers, electrical and electronic equipment firms, and new‑material research laboratories. The instrument complies with standards including GB/T 533, ISO 2781, ASTM D297‑93, DIN 53479, ASTM D792, D618, D891, ISO 1183, GB/T 1033, ASTM D792‑00, and JIS K 6530. It employs the Archimedes principle–based buoyancy method to provide accurate, direct readings.

1. The Free Flip design eliminates the need to lift the lid, making operation simpler, faster, and more compliant with new-material laboratory protocols.

2. Suitable for density testing of small-sized products and high-density products.

3. Features include setting the actual water temperature, setting the density of the measurement medium, and setting the density of the waterproofing treatment medium.

4. Features air buoyancy compensation settings and upper/lower density limit settings.

5. For research and development of new materials, it can display the percentage composition of the major components in a binary mixture.

6. Automatically determines whether the specimen is qualified or not and issues an alarm notification.

7. Fully automatic zero-point tracking, buzzer alarm, and overload alarm functions

8. Porous products such as powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, ceramics, refractories, friction materials, precious metals, and others can all be measured.

9. Equipped with a dedicated wind- and dust-proof cover; easy to assemble and highly durable.

10. Equipped with an RS-232C communication interface for easy connection to a printer, enabling the printing of measurement data.

11. Water may be used as the working medium, or other liquid media may also be employed.

12. Features an integrated, large-capacity measurement accessory; the water tank is corrosion-resistant, drop-proof, and puncture-resistant.
