Product Introduction:

A digital weighing and processing system for yarns and cotton slivers, designed based on an OHAUS electronic balance manufactured by METTLER TOLEDO, ensures stable, reliable, and rapid automated weighing of yarns and cotton slivers. This instrument is capable of measuring the weight of various types of yarns and cotton slivers.

Product Features:

1. User-friendly interface: LCD display, Chinese-language keyboard, easy operation, clear and intuitive;

2. Rich in information: Users can input the operator’s name, yarn sample type, yarn sample number, yarn sample length, yarn sample weight range, standard dry weight, actual dry weight, and standard moisture regain, among other details.

3. Automatic Weighing: Once the yarn sample is placed on the weighing pan, the instrument automatically prints the weighing data, offering high efficiency, compact printing, and paper savings.

4. Rapid weighing: 30 yarn samples can be weighed and a report printed within 3 minutes;

5. High-speed printing: A high-speed thermal printer with low noise, fast printing speed, and extended lifespan. It requires no print ribbons, and paper changes are exceptionally convenient.

6. Precise and Reliable: Equipped with a magnetic‑force‑balance sensor (MFR), it delivers accurate, dependable weighing performance and boasts a long service life.

7. Data Filtering: Equipped with both automatic and manual functions for removing outlier data, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.

8. Power‑loss protection: This feature ensures that test data is not lost in the event of a sudden power outage, thereby guaranteeing the continuous and normal execution of the test.

9. Data Storage: The device can store test data for 120 sets of yarn samples, enabling on-demand retrieval and repeated printing.

10. Automatic Clock: Equipped with an automatic calendar and clock, it accurately records test times, facilitating future retrieval and printing.

11. Automatic Verification: Enables automated verification, facilitating the periodic inspection and calibration of measuring instruments.

12. Versatile reporting: Depending on the user’s selection, you can print a detailed report, just the summary results, or no report at all, helping to save consumables.

13. Comprehensive Content: The printed report includes the following information: operator’s name, yarn sample type, yarn sample count, yarn sample length, number of tests (N), individual yarn sample weight (Mass), actual yarn count (Tex), metric count (Nm) or English count (Ne), average value (AV), coefficient of variation (CV%), unevenness percentage (U%), maximum value (Max), minimum value (Min), total weight (Sum), test duration (T), standard dry weight (Gb), actual dry weight (Gg), weight deviation (P%), and moisture regain (W%), among others.
