Description
Product Introduction:
A vacuum drying oven is a cabinet‑type drying device that dries materials under negative pressure. It employs a vacuum pump to remove air and moisture, creating a vacuum within the chamber, which lowers the boiling point of water and accelerates the drying process. It is used for powder drying, material annealing, semiconductor processing, testing of new‑energy batteries, encapsulation testing of aerospace components, as well as degassing and dehydration during electronic product manufacturing, and for hardening and drying applications.
It is widely used in research fields such as electrochemistry, agricultural science, and environmental protection.
The DZF series vacuum drying ovens, built on high‑temperature drying, incorporate a vacuum environment that significantly lowers the boiling point and vapor pressure, providing a dust‑free, vortex‑free drying process and a gentle operating environment. This also facilitates the easy collection, discharge, or reuse of solvent vapors. Furthermore, storage, heating, testing, and drying are all conducted in an oxygen‑free or inert‑gas‑purged atmosphere, thereby minimizing oxidation of the test samples.
Product Features:
Main Controller: Fully automatic 10-inch color touchscreen, Siemens PLC-based intelligent industrial control technology, with a single-screen interface for centralized monitoring and control of temperature and pressure, offering intuitive and convenient touch‑based operation.
Cabinet Structure: 1. Desktop configuration, with the working chamber on the left side and the control system on the right; the vacuum system and its accessories are mounted externally and connected via external vacuum tubing. 2. A separate controlled heating chamber, with the vacuum system linked to the heating chamber through piping. 3. Welded trolley rails at the base of the cabinet.
Enclosure material: High-quality A3 cold-rolled steel sheet, 1.5 mm thick, welded to 150×150×80 mm channel steel; surface finished with electrostatic powder coating in White (color code 9003).
Inner liner material: High-quality SUS304 stainless steel sheet, 3 mm thick, with a brushed finish on the inner surface.
Welding process: The inner surface of the inner liner is finished with a brushed‑plate texture, and the internal joints are sealed using laser low‑temperature full‑penetration welding. Following welding, the components undergo polishing and brushing to achieve a clean, dust‑free finish.
Door seal material: Single-door pull‑open design, with a high‑strength, snap‑on door lock; the tightness of the door closure is adjustable; an integrally molded imported silicone rubber door seal ensures a high vacuum level inside the chamber.
Observation Window: The door is equipped with one ISO‑rated vacuum‑flanged circular glass observation window, 200 mm in diameter.
Insulation material: Aluminum silicate-based ceramic fiber blanket, with a temperature resistance of 400°C, non-combustible properties, and excellent thermal insulation; thickness approximately 100–120 mm.
Safety Features: The equipment is equipped with an independent temperature‑limit protection function that fully disconnects the heater and triggers an alarm when the set temperature is exceeded. Additional protections include over‑temperature alarm with automatic cutoff of the heating power, leakage‑current protection, filament‑breakage alarm, phase‑loss protection, and grounding. It also features door‑open detection: in automatic mode, the device will not initiate hot‑air blowing, inflation, or vacuum‑pumping functions while the door is open.
