Product Features:

Cabinet structure: An independent control and heating chamber; the rectangular working chamber achieves a large effective volume, and the vacuum system is connected to the heating chamber via piping.

Enclosure material: High-quality A3 cold-rolled steel sheet, 1.5 mm thick, welded to 150×150×80 mm channel steel; surface finished with electrostatic powder coating.

Inner liner material: high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, with rounded corners, smooth and streamlined design, and easy to clean.

Cabinet door structure: Constructed from tempered, bulletproof double-layer glass seamlessly joined with stainless steel panels. It provides clear visibility of the heated contents while delivering excellent thermal insulation, effectively preventing burns to operators.

Door seal material: The tightness of the door closure is adjustable, and a one-piece, imported Japanese silicone rubber door seal ensures high vacuum levels inside the chamber.

Insulation material: high-temperature-resistant, fireproof aluminum silicate.

Sensor: High-temperature thermocouple.

Safety features: over-temperature alarm with automatic cutoff of the heating power, leakage protection, filament‑break alarm, phase‑loss protection, grounding, and other protective measures.

Heating method: External band-type heating (external heating).

Locking-type elastic adjustment door lock, ensuring excellent vacuum integrity.

Temperature control is implemented using microcomputer-based intelligent digital technology, featuring industrial‑grade PID auto‑tuning and a four‑digit dual‑LED display.

Vacuum Process Control:

Vacuum drying oven process control enables programmable vacuum cycling; simply set the desired high and low vacuum levels to further reduce drying time. For example, with program‑controlled vacuum cycling, you can specify a low vacuum of 50 Pa, a high vacuum of 99 kPa, and 6 cycles. With each cycle, humidity decreases progressively, significantly accelerating the drying rate; the maximum number of cycles can be set up to 99.

Loop program control function:

A user-friendly interface and intuitive programming software save customers time, enabling controllable heating or drying processes to be directly programmed on the control panel. The system supports up to 30 pre‑set programs, with each program configurable for 1 to 9,999 minutes, and allows users to preset both start-up and shut-down times.
