Product Introduction:

It is suitable for use in laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities, research institutes, and medical and health institutions for drying, baking, and heat‑treating various materials.

Product Features:

1. The enclosure is fabricated from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet and features an electrostatic powder-coating finish.

2. The workstations are fabricated from either mirror-finish stainless steel or galvanized sheet metal.

3. Intelligent digital-display PID temperature controller, featuring functions such as timing, over-temperature alarm, temperature deviation monitoring, and automatic PID tuning.

4. Galvanized inner liner; stainless steel inner liner available as an option.

5. Equipped with a separate fan switch, allowing you to turn it on or off as needed; when on, it functions as an electric-heated forced-air drying oven, and when off, it serves as an electric-heated constant-temperature drying oven.

6. Power supply: 220 V, 50 Hz.

7. Temperature control range: RT+5–300°C. Temperature fluctuation: ±1°C.

What kinds of pipes fit your ring stiffness tester? Can it do long-term creep testing?

This equipment is designed for HDPE, PVC corrugated pipes, plastic drainage pipes and various plastic tubular products. Apart from ring stiffness, ring flexibility and flattening tests, it supports continuous long-term creep tests up to 1000 hours (42 days) as required by industry specifications, widely used for pipe factories and construction quality inspection institutes.
