Description
Product Introduction:
Carbon black is an important additive in polyolefin plastic products; adding a certain amount of carbon black to the product can provide UV shielding.
It helps prevent aging, while the efficiency of carbon black in absorbing ultraviolet radiation depends primarily on its degree of dispersion; if dispersion is poor,
This will affect the material’s aging resistance and mechanical properties. The LBT‑1166 geosynthetic carbon black dispersion tester can measure the size, morphology, and distribution of carbon black agglomerates and particles, as well as the number of particles and agglomerates and the carbon black dispersion grade. Our company’s carbon black dispersion analyzer employs an infinity‑corrected, plan‑achromatic, stress‑free objective lens, providing a wide, clear field of view. Its objective turret is compact, with precise and stable positioning, while the observation head can rotate freely through 360 degrees for comfortable and convenient operation. The curved arm features a C‑shaped design with crisp, striking lines; its coarse adjustment utilizes T‑type guide rails, ensuring smooth, comfortable movement and incorporating an upper limit stop. The base adopts a streamlined, large‑radius arc design that harmonizes beautifully with the curved arm, and houses internal lighting components and bulbs.
Technical Features
1. The transmitted‑reflected upright metallurgical microscope is suitable for microscopic observation of transparent specimens.
2. Equipped with a micrometer scale for convenient and efficient pixel‑size calibration.
3. Click on a particle image to display its morphological parameters.
4. The software supports segmenting selected carbon black particles, making it easy to separate two contiguous carbon black particles or agglomerates.
5. The software supports deleting selected carbon black particles.
7. It employs a USB 2.0 data interface, offering enhanced compatibility with microcomputers. The instrument is standalone and can be connected to any computer equipped with a USB port.
7. Supports exporting individual particle images.
8. The software is compatible with various operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, and others.
9. The measurement results are output with rich data and stored in a database, allowing users to input arbitrary parameters—such as operator name, sample name, date, and time—for retrieval and analysis.
10. The instrument features an elegant design, with a compact size and lightweight construction.
11. High measurement accuracy, excellent repeatability, and short measurement time.
