Product Introduction:
This instrument is used for testing the resistance of geosynthetic materials to acidic and alkaline solutions. Temperature control is achieved via a digitally displayed, digitally controlled PID automatic regulator, allowing the operating temperature to be set anywhere between room temperature and 80°C, with automatic maintenance of a constant temperature. The chamber features an inner liner made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring sensitive temperature regulation, uniform heating, and stable performance. The unit is equipped with a stirring function, enabling continuous agitation of the solution during heating, thereby ensuring thorough mixing and more accurate test results. It complies with JTG 3460-2026 “Test Procedures for Geosynthetics in Highway Engineering,” SL 235 “Test Procedures for Geosynthetics,” ISO 12960:2020 “Geotextiles and Related Products—Screening Test Method for Resistance to Acidic and Alkaline Solutions,” the European standard EN 12226:2012 “Geosynthetics—General Test Methods for Assessing Durability,” the Australian standard AS 3706.12-2001 “Geotextiles—Test Methods—Method 12: Determination of Durability—Resistance to Hydrocarbons and Chemical Reagents,” as well as GB/T 17632-1998 “Test Methods for Resistance of Geotextiles and Related Products to Acidic and Alkaline Solutions.”

Instructions for Use
Prepare the solution according to the standard and transfer it into the human test chamber. Place the sample on the test rack, insert the rack into the chamber, and turn on the power; the instrument will display the temperature. Set the desired temperature as specified in the standard, then start heating. When the set point is reached, heating stops; if the temperature falls below the set point, heating resumes automatically. Activate the stirring switch to initiate circulation of the solution, and, as per the standard, engage the circulation switch.
