Description
Product Introduction:
Designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant helmet standards, it is primarily used for penetration‑resistance testing of motorcycle helmets, electric bicycle helmets, sports helmets, and similar headgear. It is widely employed by manufacturers, R&D institutions, and quality‑control agencies involved in the production of these helmets. It can also be applied to penetration‑resistance testing of other types of helmets, such as rescue helmets, firefighting helmets, ski helmets, and military/police helmets.
Parameter standards:
GB811, GB24429, GB/T 38305, GJB1564A, GA/T44, GA293, GA294, GA295, GA296
Product Features:
1. PLC touch-screen operation and control; all relevant operations can be performed via the touch screen.
2. Utilizes a dedicated test fixture and features a full-head mold design.
3. The entire machine adopts a gantry structure, with a base that offers excellent impact resistance, enabling secure mounting of associated components and providing pre‑drilled mounting holes to ensure the equipment’s stability and reliability.
4. The release mechanism employs pneumatic actuation, with an audible alarm prior to release.
5. The lifting height is automatically acquired and processed by an encoder; the touch screen allows height settings and real-time display, with automatic stop upon reaching the set height.
6. Both the lifting and releasing mechanisms of the puncturing steel cone employ a dual-rail structure to ensure smooth descent.
7. The headform mounting base is adjustable in both angle and fore-aft position, facilitating testing of different body regions.
8. Specifications and helmet configurations may vary slightly; the actual configuration shall be subject to the procurement details.

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
