Box-type resistance furnace It is intended for use in laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities, and research institutions for chemical elemental analysis and high‑temperature heat treatments such as quenching, annealing, and tempering of small steel components; it can also serve as a high‑temperature heating source for sintering and dissolution analysis of metals, stone artifacts, and ceramics.

1. The furnace door is designed to ensure safe and convenient opening, while preventing the escape of high‑temperature gases from inside the furnace.

High-precision intelligent digital display instrument; the temperature control system employs a microcomputer chip processor and features PID control, time setting, temperature deviation correction, over-temperature alarm, and other functions, delivering exceptional temperature control accuracy.

3. The furnace chamber is constructed from high-temperature refractory materials, ensuring long-lasting durability.

4. The door seal minimizes heat loss and enhances temperature uniformity within the furnace.
