Description

Product Introduction:

The thermal shock tester is used to conduct heat‑shock resistance tests on various glass bottles and glass products, including glass infusion bottles, antibiotic vials, lyophilized‑vial containers, wine bottles, beverage bottles, and more. It is one of the essential testing instruments for pharmaceutical companies, testing laboratories, breweries, and glass bottle manufacturers. Standards: This instrument complies with multiple national and international standards, including YBB00182003 and GB/T 4547.

Principle of the test:

Thermal shock resistance (thermal cycling) is an important parameter for assessing the fracture‑resistance of glass materials and products when subjected to rapid temperature changes; it is also referred to as thermal stability, thermal‑shock stability, resistance to thermal shock, or resistance to sudden cooling and heating.

According to the procedure, take an appropriate sample and place it in a stainless steel basket. Set the temperatures of the high- and low-temperature baths to achieve the required temperature difference for the test. Immerse the sample in the high-temperature bath and heat it at the specified temperature for the prescribed duration; then promptly transfer the basket to the low-temperature bath and observe the condition of the sample for any signs of damage.

Product Features:

  • High- and low-temperature bath with a large-capacity design, offering excellent compatibility with glass vials of various specifications.
  • The touchscreen remote control enables operators to perform parameter settings, initiate tests, and retrieve reports without being at the machine, offering flexible and secure operation.
  • Equipped with a miniature printer, it can print the operator’s name, batch number, instrument information, test conditions, and test results.
  • Boot password login, four-level hierarchical permissions, and independent username and password management.
  • PID intelligent temperature control, with efficient and precise temperature regulation.
  • Dual-arm cradle design, compact footprint, and smooth swivel motion.
  • Fully automatic basket lift and automatic switching between high- and low-temperature baths
  • The bathtub, basket, and lid are all made of stainless steel, offering rust resistance and long-lasting durability.
  • Digital display of high- and low-temperature bath temperatures; external chiller available upon request.
  • Test mode, number of containers, target breakage rate, immersion time, and transfer time between high- and low-temperature chambers are all user-configurable.
  • High-sensitivity leakage current design ensures experimental safety.
