It is used to determine the acid‑alkali penetration resistance of both permeable and impermeable acid‑alkali protective garments, expressed as the acid‑alkali penetration time t. This equipment employs a conductivity‑based testing method: the garment sample is laid flat between two metal electrodes, a test solution is dropped onto the sample, and timing begins. When the test solution penetrates the sample, the electrical circuit is closed, triggering an electrical signal, and the time is recorded. Product Introduction:

This equipment, in accordance with GB 24540 “Protective Clothing—Chemical Protective Clothing Against Acids and Alkalis,” is used to determine the acid‑alkali penetration resistance of both permeable and impermeable acid‑alkali protective garments, expressed as the acid‑alkali penetration time t. The device employs a conductivity‑based testing method: the garment sample is laid flat between two metal electrodes, a test solution is applied to the sample, and timing begins. When the test solution penetrates the sample, the electrical circuit is closed, generating an electrical signal, and the elapsed time is recorded. The interval from the moment the test solution is dropped onto the sample until the signal is detected is defined as the acid‑alkali penetration time for that particular sample.

1. Both the upper and lower electrode plates and the conductive wire are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
