Description
Product Introduction
Manufactured in accordance with the safety helmet standards GB/T 2812-2024 and GB 2811-2019, this equipment is primarily used for testing the flame‑retardant performance of safety helmets. It is widely employed by specialized labor protective‑equipment supervision and inspection stations, construction research institutes, construction engineering quality‑testing centers, power‑sector organizations, and safety‑helmet manufacturers.
Product Features:
1. Automatic pulse ignition of the burner.
2. The burner automatically positions itself at a set time and returns to the reset position when the timer expires.
3. Both the afterflame duration and the smoldering duration are automatically recorded and displayed digitally.
4. The flame height is adjustable and equipped with a flame-height gauge.
Control system
1. The overall control system employs a PLC–touchscreen architecture, with all relevant operations performed via the touchscreen.
2. The touchscreen displays the test status in real time, including pulse ignition status, motor status, solenoid valve status, and more.
3. The PLC uses a Mitsubishi model, featuring built-in high-capacity RAM and faster operating speed.
5. The ignition timing can be set manually via the touch screen and is automatically saved as the default setting from the previous session.
6. Equipped with a self‑diagnostic function: in the event of a device malfunction, the touchscreen automatically triggers an alarm and displays information on the faulty component and the observed symptoms.
