Product Introduction
Manufactured in accordance with the safety helmet standards GB/T 2812-2024 and GB 2811-2019, this equipment is primarily used for testing the flame‑retardant performance of safety helmets. It is widely employed by specialized labor protective‑equipment supervision and inspection stations, architectural research institutes, construction‑project quality‑testing centers, power‑sector organizations, and safety‑helmet manufacturers.
Product Features:
1. Automatic pulse ignition of the burner.
2. The burner automatically positions itself at a set time and returns to the reset position when the timer expires.
3. Both the afterflame duration and the smoldering duration are automatically recorded and displayed digitally.
4. The flame height is adjustable and equipped with a flame-height gauge.
Control system
1. Equipped with a touch-screen automatic control system, the helmet’s flame‑exposure time is set automatically; once the prescribed exposure duration is reached, the Bunsen burner retracts automatically, completing the test procedure. During testing, the elapsed time is displayed in real time.
2. Automatic ignition with high-voltage pulses;
3. The flame‑throwing nozzle operates fully automatically;
4. Timer: Accuracy of 1%, with user‑adjustable timing;
5. Flame‑spraying nozzle: inner diameter 10 mm, with adjustable flame height (standard requirement: 50 mm); the blue flame shall be at least 15 mm high and positioned horizontally.
6. Flame Application Timer: Displayed value accuracy ±1%, used to set the duration for which the flame is applied to the safety helmet; the burn time is user‑adjustable, with an ignition timer range of 0–99 seconds.
