Manufactured in accordance with the safety helmet standards GB/T 2812-2024 and GB 2811-2019, this equipment is primarily used for high‑temperature pre‑treatment of safety helmets. It is widely employed by specialized labor protective equipment supervision and inspection stations, construction research institutes, construction engineering quality testing centers, power utilities, and safety helmet manufacturers.
Product Features:
1. PID digital display microcomputer temperature control ensures precise temperature regulation. It employs solid-state relays, offering contactless, spark-free operation, and features explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant, safe, and environmentally friendly design.
2. Equipped with a timer function; the timing duration is adjustable. When the set time elapses, an automatic audible alarm will sound.
3. A robust convection airflow design combined with an all-copper, three‑proof centrifugal motor ensures consistent air circulation and uniform temperature throughout.
4. It employs electric heating wires, which have a small surface area, enabling precise temperature control, minimal temperature fluctuations, and rapid heating. It also offers excellent cost-effectiveness and low after-sales maintenance costs.
5. The cabinet body is fabricated from fully braked, CNC‑controlled sheet metal and welded with premium welding techniques, ensuring crisp, well-defined edges and a sleek, elegant appearance. The interior is constructed from stainless steel.
6. 3C double-layer tempered glass, resistant to high temperatures and abrasion, with high transparency for easy observation of the chamber’s internal conditions.
7. PT100 metal sensor, offering accurate and rapid testing.
