Product Introduction
Manufactured in accordance with the safety helmet standards GB/T 2812-2024 and GB 2811-2019, this equipment is primarily used for high‑temperature pre‑treatment of safety helmets. It is widely employed by specialized labor protective equipment supervision and inspection stations, construction research institutes, construction engineering quality testing centers, power utilities, and safety helmet manufacturers.
Product Features:
1. Equipped with a multi-channel intelligent controller, it enables automatic alignment control.
2. The test duration is pre-set; upon reaching the set time, the test chamber automatically separates from the headform platform, and the platform descends to its initial position.
3. The temperature at each workstation can be set independently; once the target test temperature is reached, the head mold automatically rises into the test chamber and stops at the preset position.
4. The large‑size headform holder and test chamber can pre‑process 1 to 4 helmets at a time.
5. A five-channel temperature measurement system is configured to collect data from both the interior of the test chamber and the interiors of four headform units, with each independent unit performing autonomous data acquisition and output.
6. Equipped with five independent air‑circulation units to ensure that both the test chamber and the interior of the headform maintain temperatures in compliance with the relevant standards.
7. Four headforms, made of aluminum alloy and conforming to GB 2812, Type 1.
8. Upon completion of the test, each workstation automatically returns to its initial state; an automatic alarm is triggered upon test completion, and a delayed exhaust ventilation sequence is initiated for the test chamber to dissipate residual heat.
