Reference standard:

This cement‑based waterproof coating disperser is specifically designed for mixing polymer‑cement waterproof coating samples and preparing coating films. Its overall performance complies with the national standard GB/T 23445‑2025 “Polymer‑Cement Waterproof Coatings,” making it suitable for sample preparation and testing in relevant material laboratories. In accordance with clause 6.3.1.3 of GB/T 23445‑202, the disperser operates at a speed of 0 r/min to 2000 r/min; the diameter of the stirring impeller (e.g., a four‑blade propeller) should ideally be 1/2 to 2/3 of the inner diameter of the mixing vessel, with a compatible vessel capacity of approximately 1 L. During testing, the device automatically stirs at 200 r/min to 500 r/min for 1 to 2 minutes, during which powdered materials are slowly added to the liquid phase. The speed is then increased to 700 r/min to 1200 r/min, and stirring continues for 3 to 5 minutes until a uniform consistency is achieved. Finally, the speed is reduced to 100 r/min to 200 r/min, and stirring is maintained for an additional 2 minutes before concluding the process.

4. Up key: In stop mode, when using the selection switch to set the speed (rpm) or time (min), pressing the up key increases the value.

5. Down Arrow Key: In stop‑mode, when using the selector switch to set the speed (rpm) or time (min), pressing this key decreases the value.
