Stirring paddle 70mm four-blade stirrer paddle
Operating Voltage and Power AC 220V 600W
Stirring motor power 550W
Controller dimensions 270x260x150mm
Controller weight 3.5kg
Blender dimensions 510x420x765mm
Blender weight 14 kg

Procedure:

Weigh the liquid and powder components according to the manufacturer’s specified ratio, with each batch totaling 500–800 g; ensure that the total weight is on the higher end of this range. Pour the liquid component into a mixing vessel and stir at 200–500 r/min for 1–2 minutes, gradually adding the powder to the liquid during this period. Increase the speed to 700–1,200 r/min and continue stirring for 3–5 minutes until a uniform consistency is achieved. Reduce the speed to 100–200 r/min and stir for an additional 2 minutes before stopping. For coating film preparation, apply two coats, evenly distributed to achieve a final dry film thickness of (1.5 ± 0.2) mm. After completing the first coat, allow it to stand under standard test conditions for (24 ± 1) hours, then apply the second coat. Once the second coat is finished, smooth the surface with a scraper, let it cure under standard test conditions for (96 ± 1) hours, and finally demold. The molds and release agents used must not react adversely with the coating film. Following demolding, place the coated film with the coated side facing up in a constant‑temperature, constant‑humidity chamber maintained at (40 ± 2)°C and (25 ± 5)% relative humidity for (48 ± 1) hours; care must be taken to ensure that the placement of the film does not impede air circulation within the chamber. Remove the film and immediately arrange it in layers on a glass desiccator tray with dimensions no smaller than φ300 mm, allowing it to cool for 3–4 hours.

1. Inspection and Preparation

Check that the equipment is in good condition and that the lifting mechanism operates smoothly.

Pour the accurately weighed emulsion (liquid component) into the dispersion tank, positioning it beneath the disperser.

2. Positioning and Lifting

Press and hold the “Motor Lower” button to lower the dispersing plate to a position approximately 10–20 mm above the bottom of the vessel.

Lock the positioning handle to prevent shaking during operation.

3. Parameter Settings:

Click “Test Interface” to switch to the settings page.

Set Stage 1 (Mixing): Stirring speed 1 (e.g., 400 r/min), time 1 (e.g., 90 seconds).

Set stage 2 (dispersion): stirring speed 2 (e.g., 1000 r/min), time 2 (e.g., 240 seconds).

Setting Phase 3 (High Speed): Stirring speed 3 (e.g., 180 r/min), time 3 (e.g., 120 seconds).

4. Charging and Startup

Press the “Auto‑Stir” button, and the device will automatically operate at the preset speed and for the set duration.

At low speed (Stage 1), gradually add the powdered materials (cement, quartz powder, etc.).

5. Discharge

After the program completes, press “Motor Raise” to lift the dispersing plate and check whether the material is evenly distributed and free of clumps.

Controller Operating Instructions:

5.1 Turn on the instrument’s power; the startup screen appears.

Feature Introduction:

  1. Equipment Name: Coating Dispersion Machine

2. The system will automatically enter the test interface after 3 seconds.

Feature Introduction:

Current Speed (r/min): Displays the actual rotational speed of the stirring shaft in real time.

Remaining Time (seconds): In multi-segment automatic operation mode, displays the countdown until the end of the current segment (e.g., “Current Segment: 2”).

Current Segment: Displays which mixing segment the program is currently executing (1/2/3).

Motor Raise / Motor Lower: Controls the vertical lifting and lowering motion of the disperser head.

Raise/Lower: (estimated) A fine adjustment function for raising or lowering, used to manually adjust the clearance between the dispersing disc and the bottom of the drum.

Stirring motor: the main motor’s main switch/start-stop button.

Constant-speed stirring: Ignore the segment speed time settings and operate continuously at the “constant speed” setpoint.

Automatic stirring: Activates the built-in three-speed, timed program for fully automated operation.

5.3 Parameter Settings

Feature Introduction:

Stirring speed 1/2/3 (r/min): corresponds to the target rotational speeds for the first, second, and third steps of the automatic stirring program, respectively. Stirring time 1/2/3 (seconds): corresponds to the duration of each respective step.

Constant Speed (r/min): The fixed rotational speed at which the device operates when “Constant-Speed Stirring” is activated.

Constant-Speed Time (seconds): The total duration of operation in constant-speed stirring mode.

Stirring direction: Sets the rotation direction of the main shaft (clockwise/reverse). Clockwise rotation is typically used for dispersion.
