Product Introduction:
This instrument determines the highest temperature at which a vulcanized rubber specimen, subjected to an impact under specified conditions, fails—this temperature is defined as the embrittlement temperature. It enables comparative evaluation of the low‑temperature performance of plastics and other elastomeric materials, and can be used to assess the embrittlement temperatures and relative low‑temperature properties of different rubber grades or formulations.
