Product Introduction

This abrasion tester is manufactured in accordance with the test parameters for coating film abrasion resistance specified in GB/T 1768, while also aligning as closely as possible with the test parameters for wood abrasion resistance outlined in GB/T 17657, thereby providing a versatile means of assessing abrasion performance. It is suitable for laboratory testing of the abrasion resistance of various coatings, such as deck paints, floor finishes, and road markings; it can also be used to evaluate the abrasion resistance of paper, plastics, textiles, decorative panels, and more. The instrument is driven by a stepper motor and features an LCD display that shows operating parameters and status. It is easy to operate, highly reliable, and offers flexible, convenient use. Depending on the characteristics of the test specimen, grinding wheels made from different materials may be employed. This instrument is also compliant with the following standards: GB/T 15036.2, GB/T 15102, GB/T 4893.8, and ISO 7784.2.
