It mainly consists of an adjustable base, an angle‑adjustment mechanism (including a threaded drive assembly, bearing support, lead screw, corrugated wheel, and connecting rod), a communication‑pipe mounting base, mounting clips, a fastening swivel screw, a slope gauge and plumb bob, a disc‑shaped nut, as well as calibration communication pipes and standard rods. This instrument is specifically designed and manufactured for measuring the static coefficient of friction on the inner wall of communication pipes in production, quality‑supervision, construction, and supervision settings. It features a rational structure, simple operation, broad applicability, high measurement accuracy, and excellent safety and reliability.
