Description
Product Introduction:
The anti‑bending test apparatus for protective coatings is used to evaluate the crack resistance and adhesion‑to‑substrate performance of coatings—such as colored paints, clear varnishes, and related products—when subjected to bending around a cylindrical mandrel. This instrument can accommodate test panels with thicknesses up to 1 mm; provided that the mandrel remains undeformed, it may also be employed with thicker, softer metal substrates, including aluminum, galvanized steel, and plastic panels. For test panels thicker than 0.5 mm, it is recommended to avoid using mandrels with diameters less than 10 mm.
Technical Specifications:
Applicable Standards: GB/T 6742-86, JT/T 374-1998 “Technical Specifications for Barriers,” JT/T 281-2007 “W-beam Steel Guardrails for Expressways,” ISO 1519-73, and ASTM D522.
External dimensions: 200×100×130
Test film or shaft rod gauge in inches: shaft rod diameters 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 20, 25, 32 mm
Test panel substrate: not greater than 1.0 mm (polished steel plate, tinplate)
Detailed description: Application: Evaluates the flexibility of a paint film by measuring its ability to deform along with the substrate under specified standard conditions without sustaining damage.
Test technical characteristics: Under the conditions specified in the standard, it is expressed as the minimum diameter of the mandrel at which a test panel, bent 180 degrees around the mandrel within 1–3 seconds, does not cause cracking of the paint film.

YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
