Product Introduction:

The steel component galvanizing adhesion tester is designed for testing the adhesion of hot-dip galvanized coatings. It evaluates the quality of coating adhesion by measuring the impact force generated when a hammer head is allowed to fall freely onto the test specimen. The product complies with the technical specifications outlined in JT/T 684-2007 “Steel Component Galvanizing Adhesion Tester,” JT/T 281-2007 “Highway W-beam Steel Guardrails,” and Appendix of JT/T 374-1998 “Technical Specifications for Barrier Fencing,” as well as the drop‑hammer test method specified in GB/T 2694-2010 “Technical Conditions for the Manufacture of Transmission Line Towers.”
This product is a specialized instrument used by manufacturers of highway traffic engineering and steel towers, as well as by quality inspection agencies, for testing and controlling the adhesion performance of galvanized coatings on steel components.

Technical Specifications:

1. The hammerhead is made of No. 45 steel, with a mass of (210 ± 10) g, and its surface is chrome-plated.
2. The hardness of the hammer blade (Shore scale) shall be no less than 40 HS.
3. The hammer handle is made of oak and has a mass of (70 ± 10) g.
4. Vertical height from the hammerhead centerline to the base surface: 300 mm ± 1 mm
5. The base is made of Q235 steel, with dimensions of 250 mm × 250 mm × 15 mm.
6. Weight deviation: ±1 g; geometric dimension deviation: ±1 mm.
