Description
Product Introduction:
The drop‑ball impact testing machine is suitable for evaluating the durability of materials such as glare‑reducing panels, plastics, ceramics, acrylics, fiberglass, and coating systems. This instrument employs DC electromagnetic control: a steel ball is placed beneath an electromagnetic chuck, where it is automatically attracted; pressing the drop button causes the chuck to release the ball instantaneously, allowing it to fall freely and impact the test specimen. The drop height is continuously adjustable and is indicated by a height scale, enabling precise measurement of the drop distance.
This equipment complies with JIS-K6745 and A5430. 、 National Standard GB/T 24718-2009, “Anti-Glare Panels,” test standard.
Product Features:
This instrument is designed to assess the impact resistance of glare‑reducing panels for use in manufacturing and quality‑control inspection, based on the principle of a steel ball’s free fall. Within a 6‑mm radius centered on the impact point, no cracking, delamination, or other forms of damage shall be observed.
