Description
Product Introduction
The rock electric‑stress direct shear apparatus has been developed in accordance with the national industry standards: SL 264‑2001 “Test Procedures for Rock in Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Engineering,” JTG E41‑2005 “Test Procedures for Rock in Highway Engineering,” and GB/T 50266‑2013 “Standard Methods for Testing Engineering Rock Masses.” This instrument employs the push‑shear method and is primarily suited for direct shear tests on rock blocks, structural surfaces (such as joint planes, bedding planes, foliation planes, and cleavage planes), and the contact interfaces between concrete (or mortar) and rock (i.e., cemented surfaces), as well as for determining the shear‑failure strength of interfaces between concrete and other materials. Its structural performance fully complies with the requirements of the relevant test specifications.
Technical specifications:
| Parameter item | Specific explanation |
| Normal load F | 0~500 kN |
| Normal working stroke S | 0~150mm |
| Lateral load F | 0~500 kN |
| Horizontal working stroke S | 0~150mm |
| Normal space | ≤450 mm (maximum specimen height that can be accommodated: 200 mm) |
| Horizontal space | ≤400 mm (maximum specimen width that can be accommodated: 200 mm) |
| Shear cylinder and ram adjustment | Adjustable in height (adjustable according to the specimen’s height, easy to operate and enables rapid testing) |
| Type of force sensor | Both the normal and tangential components are measured by high-precision spoke-type sensors (which directly measure force, offering greater directness and accuracy than pressure sensors). |
| Displacement sensor configuration | Both normal and tangential displacements are measured by displacement sensors; the digital display directly shows two displacements, two strains, two forces, and two loading rates. |
| Digital display function | Highly integrated, equipped with a miniature printer. |
| Shear loading rate V | 0~30 kN/s (manual stepless speed control) |
| Payload indication method | LCD digital display |
| Payload indication accuracy | 0.1KN |
| Displacement measurement method | Direct reading with an optical encoder (0.01 mm) |
| Loading method | Electro-hydraulic; the hydraulic pump is an imported ultra-low-noise model. |
| Controlled loading method | Manual stepless speed regulation, with a special device featuring voltage stabilization. |
| Motor power | 0.75KW |
| Operating voltage | 380V/220V |
| Overall machine weight | 1300Kg |
| Ball bearing arrangement | Downward style |
| External dimensions | 1100×850×1980mm |
