Product Introduction
Developed in accordance with the national industry standards SL 264–2001, the Specifications for Rock Testing in Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Engineering, and JTGE 41–2005, the Specifications for Rock Testing in Highway Engineering, this equipment is suitable for performing direct shear tests on rock structural surfaces (such as joint planes, bedding planes, schistosity planes, and cleavage planes), on the rock itself, and on the bonding interfaces between concrete or mortar and rock. It can also be used to determine the shear‑failure strength of interfaces between concrete and other materials.
Product Features:
1. The high-pressure oil source pump station provides the loading force, and a dedicated electro-hydraulic proportional valve together with an accumulator ensures stable pressure; therefore, this system is energy-efficient and does not require a cooling system.
2. This equipment is microcomputer‑controlled; both the vertical load and the horizontal thrust are measured by load cells, while the vertical settlement and the horizontal shear displacement are determined using encoders. It is also equipped with an automated data acquisition system, enabling the computer to control, store, measure, display, process, and print all test parameters and corresponding graphs.
The instrument consists of three main components: the loading host, the hydraulic pump station system, and the microcomputer control system.
● Loading frame. The loading frame consists of a base, support columns, cross beams, a vertical loading hydraulic cylinder, a horizontal loading hydraulic cylinder, a shear box, ball‑bearing rows, guide rails, and other components.
● The hydraulic pump station system consists of an oil supply pump, an electric motor, an overload relief valve, a servo valve, a constant-pressure valve, a directional control valve, and other components.
●The microcomputer control system consists of a microcomputer, a controller, a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor, and other components.
