This machine features a double-column support structure and a fully sealed design, ensuring that the core samples obtained are more complete and accurate while promoting environmentally friendly operation. The drilling speed is regulated by an inverter, overcoming the limitations of the previous DC180 motor—namely, its slow speed, only three adjustable gear settings, and the need to replace carbon brushes at regular intervals. The unit is easy to operate: simply hold down the up or down buttons to initiate automatic vertical movement. It can also be programmed into a PLC for computer‑controlled operation, making it a programmable model (optional). During core extraction, pressing the main unit’s button and selecting the desired speed enables fully automated core retrieval. Furthermore, this machine supports multiple cooling methods: water cooling, liquid nitrogen cooling, and, when dry drilling, an optional dust‑extraction system.
