Product Introduction

This machine features a cutting system driven by a state-of-the-art variable-frequency motor. It offers full sealing, low noise, automatic cutting with adjustable speed, rapid forward motion, and automatic reverse functionality. The housing can be fabricated from high-quality stainless steel upon customer request, ensuring durability and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Equipped with premium diamond blades, it can simultaneously cut two parallel planes, with the distance between the planes adjustable to 50, 70, 100, or 150 mm; custom specifications are available upon request. This equipment is ideally suited for cutting and preparing standard specimens in geotechnical laboratories for applications in highway, railway, construction, water conservancy, and educational settings.

Product Features:

1. Diamond Saw Blade: The blade is crafted from high-manganese steel, heat-treated and precision-ground to ensure dimensional stability. Unlike conventional saw blades, it features premium Grade A diamond segments, offering exceptional wear resistance and suitability for a wide range of rock types.

2. Main motor power: 5.5 kW; Variable-frequency motor power: 0.75 kW

3. Cutting spindle diameter: 55 mm, enhancing the stability of the cutting system and improving the parallelism of cut specimens.

4. Cutting and traversing mechanism: The saw blade remains stationary, while the worktable moves the workpiece. Addressing the common issue of slow idle travel found in similar products on the market, this machine is equipped with a state-of-the-art variable-frequency drive, allowing users to freely adjust the traverse speed during operation, thereby reducing idle travel time and enhancing overall productivity.

5. This machine features a user-friendly design and is fully sealed. Beneath the worktable, we have incorporated an inclined debris‑discharge chute that allows cut-off residues to slide directly down this channel, preventing track blockages and facilitating easy cleanup.
