Description
Product Introduction
The core longitudinal slicing machine is divided into six components: the sample longitudinal slicing system, the sample worktable system, and the sample holder.
It comprises the power system, cooling system, chassis frame system, and automatic control system. All systems are centrally coordinated at the control center.
Coordinate downstream operations for reliable performance; critical process parameters (such as cutting speed, feed rate, and cut length, etc.)
Real-time monitoring and display, with data transmission to the control center, and capable of showing simulated operating conditions in real time; safety protection device.
Equipped with comprehensive and reliable safety features (such as tool‑breakage alarms, operational anomaly alerts, dual limit switches, leakage protection, and an emergency stop).
buttons, etc.); the equipment features a well‑designed overall structure, low noise levels, ease of operation and maintenance, stable performance, and advanced technology;
Complies with relevant international and domestic safety, energy efficiency, and environmental protection requirements.
Product Features:
1.1 Operating Principle: The method employs a moving saw blade and a stationary sample.
1.2 Automated Control: During the slitting process, the system ensures no blade jamming or binding and automatically adjusts the feed rate when encountering resistance to maintain a constant blade rotational speed; upon completion of slitting, the machine shuts down automatically.
1.3 Worktable: Single-blade cutting; longitudinal cuts can be made at 1/2, 1/3, and other positions, with a fixed stop. A clamping device is provided at the end of the worktable, and after completing the longitudinal cut, the blade must be retracted from the sample.
1.4 Fixture: Manual fixture; stable and reliable, with quick operation, accommodating samples of varying lengths from 0 to 1000 mm.
1.5 Cooling: 1. Tap water recirculation cooling (equipped with a stainless steel circulating water tank and a circulation pump rated at 85 W, with a head of 3.5 m; the tank includes a sedimentation chamber for collecting residues); 2. Liquid nitrogen cooling (suitable for fragile samples or those that cannot be cut while wet); 3. The machine also supports dry cutting (fitted with an automatic dust extraction system, ensuring environmentally friendly, pollution-free operation).
1.6 Enclosure: The entire cabinet shell is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and features a front door with a large viewing window. The door opens smoothly and effortlessly, allowing clear observation of the cutting process.
1.7 Equipment noise: less than 70 decibels, in compliance with the “Hygienic Standard for Industrial Enterprise Noise.”

With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
