Description

Product Introduction

This machine employs a dual‑column support structure, ensuring that the extracted core samples are more complete and accurate. The drilling speed is controlled by a variable‑frequency drive, addressing the previous drawbacks of the DC180 motor—namely, its slow operating speed, limited three‑speed adjustment, and the need to replace carbon brushes at regular intervals.

This machine is easy to operate: simply hold down the up and down buttons to initiate automatic vertical movement. It can also be programmed into a PLC for computer‑controlled operation, making it a programmable model (optional). When core drilling, just press the main unit’s button and select the desired speed to perform automatic coring. The machine supports multiple cooling methods, including water cooling, liquid nitrogen cooling, and, for dry cutting, an optional dust‑extraction system.
