Product Introduction

The intelligent core drilling machine processing system is primarily used for drilling and coring in rock and concrete, typically in laboratories across the petroleum, geological, coal, metallurgical, construction, and transportation sectors, making it an ideal piece of equipment for laboratory sampling.

Product Features:

(1) The transmission system employs a flexible mechanism composed of two planetary gears and a modular frame, coupled with an electric motor and a coupling. All cast‑iron components are made of ductile iron and undergo stress‑relief annealing. The main spindle is quenched after machining, achieving a hardness of HRC, with a surface finish of Ra 0.32.

(2) Automatic lubrication copper bushings equipped with embedded graphite and MoS₂ solid lubricants;

(3) A tap water cooling system is provided during the drilling process.

(4) Testing System: This unit is equipped with an automatic overload protection circuit.

(5) The main frame of this unit is supported by a single vertical column, constructed from 300 mm diameter round steel that has undergone quenching and aging treatment. The entire machine housing, the inner liner, and all auxiliary components—including screws—are fabricated from 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm.

(6) All electrical components of this unit are from the Delixi brand; the motors are domestically produced, compliant with national standards, and made of pure copper, featuring a high‑performance protection rating.
