Product Introduction

During coating performance testing, laboratory personnel must prepare a large number of uniformly consistent coated test panels. However, traditional manual spraying relies heavily on the operator’s experience and skill, making it difficult to ensure uniformity and consistency—particularly when coating large‑area panels—and posing potential health risks to operators and environmental hazards if not performed properly. In response to this situation and in light of other products available on the market, our company has developed a fully automated paint‑spraying cabinet, which offers the following advantages:

◆ Integrates automated spraying and dry‑spray filtration technologies, enabling enclosed spray operations that completely isolate operators from paint mist, ensuring health and environmental safety.

◆ Equipped with a studio intake air filtration system to ensure the painting process remains free from external contamination;

◆ The exhaust gases generated by the spray process are routed through a uniquely designed dual‑stage exhaust filtration system, effectively minimizing environmental pollution from painting operations.

◆ Equipped with an imported Graco automatic spray gun, it can automatically adjust multiple spraying parameters, such as spray width, atomization, feed pressure, and ultra-precise paint flow rate.

◆ The automatic spray gun can be quickly attached and detached, allowing users to swiftly switch between different nozzles.

◆ The pressure‑fed spray gun, compared with gravity‑fed and suction‑fed models, offers more convenient adjustment of the spray output, which is independent of the air supply pressure (atomization pressure), resulting in more stable and precise spraying.

◆ 10-inch touchscreen control, powerful visual operation

◆ Allows editing and saving multiple spray‑coating programs; also features preset intelligent spray‑coating routines to enable users unfamiliar with spray‑coating operations to complete spraying with a single click.

◆ The machine features a servo control system, supporting horizontal, vertical, and cross‑spraying modes, and allows for flexible configuration of spray zones, minimizing material waste and缩短 spraying time—doubling efficiency!

◆ Removable specimen rack, enabling customers to easily switch between samples of different materials and reducing the cycle time of spray‑coating operations.

◆ The inner walls of the instrument are coated with a Teflon non-stick layer for easy cleaning.

◆ Disposable cups are used to hold samples awaiting spraying, offering simplicity and convenience, eliminating the need for cleaning, and keeping costs low.
