Product Introduction
The FS series digital-display high-speed disperser, driven by a high-speed motor, generates rotational tangential velocities. Under the action of intense centrifugal force, it produces powerful hydrodynamic shear and high-frequency mechanical effects, subjecting the fluid material to thousands of shear cycles and high-frequency mechanical actions per minute, thereby achieving efficient mixing, dispersion, and homogenization. Integrating both dispersion and stirring functions, it enables the dispersion and homogenization processes to be carried out in a single machine and a single vessel.
Product Features:
1. The LED digital display shows the rotational speed, providing a clear and intuitive readout.
2. AC motor with stepless speed regulation, high torque, high output power, and stable operation;
3. Quick start-up, prompt braking, convenient speed regulation, wide speed range, and stable performance;
4. Standard configuration includes a high-quality stainless steel double-layer material cylinder, which can be supplied with coolant to maintain a constant temperature during sample dispersion and is easy to clean.
5. Standard equipment includes an adjustable hopper mounting bracket, ensuring secure fixation of the hopper for greater peace of mind.
6. Standard configuration includes a dispersing impeller and a sanding disc.
7. The S‑type disperser features a square‑tube manual chain lift; the ST‑type disperser has a round‑tube manual spring lift, with the motor capable of 360° rotation around the upright column and a longer lifting stroke.
