Product Introduction

The JFS series high-speed variable-frequency dispersers, driven by a high-speed motor, generate rotational tangential velocities. Under the action of intense centrifugal force, the materials experience powerful hydrodynamic shear and high‑frequency mechanical effects, subjecting the fluid to thousands of shear cycles and high‑frequency mechanical actions per minute, thereby achieving efficient mixing, dispersion, and homogenization. Integrating both dispersion and stirring functions, this equipment combines dispersion and homogenization into a single process, carried out in one machine and one vessel.

Product Features:

1. Equipped with an integrated variable-frequency controller, featuring an LED digital display for intuitive and clear speed readings.

2. AC variable-frequency brushless motor, stepless speed regulation, low noise, maintenance-free, and smooth operation;

3. Quick start-up, prompt braking, convenient speed regulation, wide speed range, and stable performance;

4. Standard configuration includes a high-quality stainless steel double-layer material cylinder, which can be supplied with coolant to maintain a constant temperature during sample dispersion and is easy to clean.

5. Standard equipment includes an adjustable hopper mounting bracket, ensuring secure fixation of the hopper for greater peace of mind.

6. Standard configuration includes a dispersing impeller and a sanding disc.

7. The S‑type disperser features a square‑tube manual chain lift; the ST‑type disperser is equipped with a round‑tube manual spring lift, and its motor can rotate 360° around the upright column, offering a wider lifting stroke.
