Product Introduction

High-efficiency variable-frequency stirring and dispersing machine—this product series boasts high efficiency, energy savings, and environmental friendliness. It features a novel design, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, low noise levels, a compact structure, and convenient operation and maintenance.

The high-speed stirring and dispersing machine is suitable for the high-speed mixing, dissolution, and dispersion of liquid and liquid–powder materials in fields such as coatings, dyes, inks, pigments, cosmetics, resins, adhesives, emulsions, pharmaceuticals, and petroleum. Its speed is continuously adjustable from 0 to 2,800 rpm.

Product Features:

① The slurry flows in a rolling annular pattern, generating a strong vortex; particles on the slurry surface descend in a spiral motion toward the bottom of the vortex.

②A turbulent zone forms at a distance of 2.5–5 mm from the edge of the dispersing disc, where the slurry and particles experience intense shear and impact.

③ Two streams of slurry are formed—one above and one below—within the region, ensuring thorough circulation and agitation.

④ Below the disperser’s dispersion disc, a laminar flow regime prevails, and slurry layers with varying velocities diffuse into one another, thereby achieving dispersion.
