The intelligent touch‑controlled rotational viscometer is an upgraded replacement for the original digital viscometer. It features a powerful 7‑inch high‑definition touchscreen with an intuitive human–machine interface, offering convenient operation and rich display information, making it a fully automated instrument for measuring liquid viscosity. Equipped with an ARM‑based processor, the device precisely controls the speed of the stepper motor and manages the entire measurement process. Under computer program control, it automatically completes viscosity measurements, with results displayed on the screen. The instrument boasts a compact design, stable performance, high measurement accuracy, and excellent anti‑interference capabilities. It is suitable for determining both kinematic viscosity and absolute viscosity and is widely used in industries such as coatings, inks, resins, adhesives, petroleum products, cosmetics, and food, as well as in research institutions.
