With the upgrading of the solar thermal industry and strong national support for the development of solar‑thermal application products, R&D and quality requirements are continually rising. It is no longer sufficient to merely impose stringent quality controls on the thermal and optical performance of solar water heaters and collectors; rigorous quality assurance and testing must also address their outdoor durability and freeze‑resistance. In response to relevant testing standards, a dedicated freezer‑box test system has been developed. This system is primarily used to simulate the harsh natural conditions encountered in outdoor applications, enabling assessment of whether solar water heaters or collectors exhibit leaks or damage.

The pump features an advanced structural design that completely eliminates impurity‑induced blockages; its motor employs a sealed construction for extended service life; it is equipped with a heat‑dissipating fan, making it suitable for boosting high‑temperature water (up to 100°C); it utilizes a specialized centrifugal impeller that generates very low noise (whereas domestically produced pumps tend to be noisy and less reliable); and its hydraulic components are crafted from special materials and coated to resist corrosion.
9. Dry‑burn prevention and no‑load rotation protection device: 1 circuit/set, high‑temperature type. Used to protect the insulation control cabinet of the mixing pump, it effectively prevents dry burning inside the heater and ensures safe no‑load operation of the mixing pump, among other functions.
10. Equipped with a high-performance microprocessor as the main control CPU, a large-capacity data memory, and a data sampling rate exceeding 0.3 seconds per channel, it features a standardized control design, a large-screen Chinese-character LCD display, and simple operation. It is well-suited for use in harsh industrial environments.
11. The software complies with national standards such as GB/T 19141-2003, GB 6424-2007, and GB 17581-2007, and can run on Windows 2000 or later. It provides real-time display of data from all channels, automatically stores test results (with adjustable storage duration), shows test outcomes in real time, and generates reports. It can be connected to a printer to output test reports, and its data is saved in the standard Excel format, enabling compatibility with other software applications.
