Description


Product Introduction:

This device is manufactured in accordance with the latest national standard GB/T 8484-2020, “Classification and Test Methods for Thermal Performance of Building Exterior Windows,” and is used to measure the thermal transmittance coefficient K and the anti‑condensation factor of building curtain walls. Based on the principle of steady‑state heat transfer, the equipment employs the calibrated hot‑box method. After sealing the gaps of the test specimen and maintaining stable air temperature, airflow velocity, and thermal radiation conditions on both sides of the specimen, the heat output of an electric heater is measured to calculate the thermal transmittance coefficient K per unit area under a specified temperature difference, with units expressed as watts per square meter‑degree.

Product Features:

1. The equipment employs a computer as its central controller to manage the entire testing process. It sends commands to the data acquisition unit for temperature data collection and processing, and to the power meter for power data collection and processing, with an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

2. It employs the high-precision DLS18B20 temperature sensor from the United States, with PID control. The PID parameters are auto-tuned via software and the system automatically performs calculations according to the programmed sequence. The data acquisition interval can be set arbitrarily, and the test results can be monitored and output at any time.

3. The equipment is equipped with nearly 200 temperature measurement points, used to measure the temperatures of laboratory air, the outer wall of the hot chamber, the inner wall of the hot chamber, the air inside the hot chamber, the hot side of the specimen frame, the cold side of the specimen frame, the air in the cold chamber, and the cold and hot surfaces of the filling material, as well as the surface temperatures of glass and profiles.
