Description
Product Introduction:
The DQ-630 bridge fixture is suitable for measuring the DC resistance of various power cables and electrical equipment cables as specified in GB/T 3048, “Methods for Electrical Performance Testing of Wires and Cables,” and can also be used to measure the DC resistance of other conductive materials.
To ensure the fixture better meets the requirements specified in the standard, and in accordance with the principles of speed, convenience, and reliability, its design incorporates a screw‑type quick‑clamping and release mechanism. The voltage and current terminals are separated by an independent mechanical structure, guaranteeing reliable contact between the four terminals and the device under test. The fixture features an aluminum alloy extruded base plate, offering a well‑thought‑out structure that is easy to use.
Technical Specifications:
1. Scope of application for the specimen: 1 mm 2 ~630mm 2 Single‑core or stranded conductor cores.
2. Spacing between the two voltage clamps: 1000 ± 1 mm.
3. External dimensions: 1460 × 210 × 120 mm.
4. Suitable Wheatstone bridge: any bridge circuit used in the four-point measurement method.
