Product Introduction:
Physical performance testing is conducted on architectural curtain walls, encompassing air tightness, water tightness, wind pressure resistance, interlayer performance, and in-plane deformation tests.
Product Features
1. The inverter is used to control the air pressure, ensuring stable system pressure and rapid adjustment during testing, thereby providing the necessary test conditions.
2. By hydraulically adjusting the displacement of in‑plane and interlayer deformations, a centrally mounted hydraulic cylinder is employed, enabling both in‑plane and interlayer deformation measurements and supporting three‑axis simultaneous motion.
3. The spray system is independently developed and designed by our company, offering both internal and external spraying options. It is equipped with a water storage tank, which effectively enhances the stability of the water flow. The external spray system is also compatible with European and U.S. testing standards. Additionally, the spray system allows adjustable water‑flow rates to meet the requirements of different regions and standards.
4. A mobile spray‑nozzle configuration is employed to maintain a consistent distance between the nozzle and the test specimen; imported nozzles are selected to ensure the formation of a continuous, stable, and uniform water curtain on the specimen’s outer surface.
5. The cabinet structure is constructed from heavy‑duty, thickened channel steel, ensuring excellent compressive strength. Independent access ladders are installed on the cabinet sides, further enhancing safety during curtain wall installation. Additionally, each level of the cabinet features a unique sealed door, allowing operators to easily access individual compartments to assess the extent of damage to test specimens after testing. Both the cabinet and the water tank have undergone anti‑corrosion treatment.
6. The system’s static pressure and fluctuating pressure are automatically controlled and regulated by a computer, with real-time data acquisition and storage; data is retained even after a power outage.
7. An advanced data processing system that automatically analyzes test results and generates timely, accurate test reports.
